Bernice L. Ross, Professor Emeritus of Psychology and CEO and President of BrokerageUP!, Inc. and RealEstateCoach.com, is an international author, speaker, and trainer. With over 35 years of real estate experience, 1,400 published articles, and seven books to her credit, Inman News called Bernice, “America’s Top Real Estate Coach.” For over 20 years, the industry’s major brokerages and large State Associations of Realtors have hired Bernice to provide training content for their leadership as well as their new and experienced agents.

 

Since 2007, Bernice has also actively supported women in leadership through her Annual Awesome Females in Real Estate Leadership Conference. She also authored three different white papers on behalf of the California Association of Realtors WomanUP! initiative. In 2023, her newest initiative Real Estate Wealth for Women launched which guides women through their first home purchase, through a career as a real estate investor, and into retirement.
